In the September 2015 edition of Solid State Technology, Leti calls the MAPPER FLX-1200, an attractive alternative to the traditional lithography technologies. Reference is made to the significant alliance of resolution as well as the advantageous manufacturing costs. But also additional advantages as writing flexibility and the significant throughput achieved by the massively parallel electron-beam concept are mentioned.
